“Ritz-Carlton - Quarter Finalist for the CCI Condo of the Year”

CondoVoice magazine article showcased The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto as the Quarter Finalist for the CCI Condo of the Year.
The Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) is an independent, non-profit organization formed in 1982 to represent all facets of the condominium/strata community. CCI has 16 Chapters across Canada. CCI provides educational opportunities for condominium owners and directors; offers information and/or referrals to competent professionals; works to improve provincial condominium/strata legislation; and develops standards for professional members.
Every year CCI collects applications for a Condo of the Year award whereby condominiums throughout Canada can able to apply within their chapter. Quarter finalists are selected and featured in a published article in the CondoVoice magazine, while the finalist of 2013-2014 will receive a grand prize worth up to $5,000. This article was a great way to share our success and learning to date with the condominium community as well as to highlight some of the wonderful things that make The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton truly unique.
